Matthew supports the firm’s real estate advisory efforts and guides the wider investment team by providing commercial real estate financial analysis, valuation analysis and asset management oversight to optimize family office client balance sheets.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Matt spent ten years working in acquisitions and asset management for two Massachusetts-based family real estate investment offices. He has extensive knowledge of the multifamily, hospitality, industrial and retail sectors and has experience in all stages of real estate investment, including entitlement, development, financing, stabilized acquisitions and dispositions. Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Providence College in 2013.

I’d own a professional sports team, preferably the Boston Bruins. In a more realistic scenario, I would probably be a ski instructor or history teacher.
I like to travel with my wife and stay active as much as possible. If I am not at the beach or on the slopes, I can likely be found on the golf course or chasing after my dog.
My biggest accomplishment to date is buying my first investment property at age 26.
